No. You can build a hangar but it is not required, except on runway frontage lots.
A basic hangar for a single engine aircraft would be in the 30’x40’ range. For a larger aircraft, you might consider something more in the area of 50’ or 60’ in depth and width with a door height of 14’ to 16’.
$100 per month for the HOA and $720 per year for the airport.
No, all hangars must be built with an accompanying home.
Boerne Stage Airport (5C1) has self serve fuel (Avgas and JetA), on field maintenance, GPS approaches, and an AWOS III.
Threshold Ranch has SAWS water, CPS buried electric and piped natural gas, GVTC fiber, and individual septics.
There are groceries within ten minutes of Threshold Ranch. The Rim is 10 minutes away, with an extensive collection of retail including Best Buy, Lowe’s, Bass ProShop, and a nineteen screen theatre.
